Surcharges:

Surcharge for junior suites and apartments: € 15 per person and night
Single-room surcharge: € 20 per room and night
Short-stay surcharge: For short stays (1 - 3 nights) we charge a surcharge of € 5 per person and night 

Child discounts (with at least 1 full-paying guest): 

Children up to 5 years in their parents' room free of charge
Children from 6 to 9 years in their parents' room 50% discount
Children from 10 to 14 years inclusive in their parents' room 30% discount 
Discount for the 3rd and 4th adult in a triple room or family apartment: 15%

Cancellations...

...can always happen. Please inform us as early as possible if you are unable to begin your holiday. We do our best to be accommodating – however, should the room remain empty due to your short-notice cancellation, we will charge the following cancellation fees:

In the summer season:

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.

• In the event of a cancellation within 14 days before the start of the holiday, no-show, late arrival or early departure (including in the case of illness), we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the agreed total price for the entire booked period.

 In the winter season:

• Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival.
   

• In the event of a cancellation within 30 days before the start of the holiday, no-show, late arrival or early departure (including in the case of illness), we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the agreed total price for the entire booked period.
